Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Your order will be denied if the delivery address contains a P.O. Box.

Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of your order and delivery location.  Fees may vary based on your delivery location.  AK and HI may experience longer delivery times.

AESIR is not responsible for lost packages in the following scenarios:

• Loss or damage due to natural events (floods, fire etc.)

AESIR is not responsible for stolen packages.

• Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information, or delivery to incorrect address.

• AESIR offers a 14 day exchange policy if the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Refunds are issued within 7 days of delivery if item is proven to be defective. The item must be received in its unused and original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

  • Item must be received prior to issue of refund. 

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@aesirathletics.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
